Great tasting
This is a lovely tea. I just have a cup a day on the evening. Not sure of benefits as yet but a good alternative as herbal tea.

Very nice tea. Often, medicinal herbs are not the besets but this is a refreshing tea

Great weight management
It seems to be working well it's helping with my weight loss efforts. The taste is fine I don't add any sweetener to it. No stomach discomfort either. And I drink two cups a day.
