My daughter has had this kettle for several years and I always admire it when visiting. I finally bought one and I really love it. So easy to turn on and off. The Copper one is Aesthetically pleasing on my countertop. Makes it so much easier to make French press coffee by having it filled and ready to go all I have to do is push the little lever on the bottom to begin the heating process.

However, there is one minor drawback that prevents me from giving it a perfect five-star rating—the appearance of the brown plastic parts.Let's start with the positives. The functionality of this gooseneck kettle is excellent. It heats up water quickly and efficiently, saving me valuable time in the morning or whenever I need a hot beverage. The gooseneck spout offers precise pouring control, allowing me to achieve the perfect pour-over coffee or tea without any spills. The temperature control settings are accurate and easy to use, ensuring that I can select the ideal water temperature for different brewing methods. In terms of performance, this kettle truly delivers.Moving on to the design, the overall aesthetic of the kettle is visually appealing. The sleek shape and vibrant color add a touch of modernity to my kitchen countertop. The stainless steel body is solid and well-constructed, instilling confidence in its durability. The gooseneck spout design, while functional, also adds a distinctive and elegant touch to the kettle's appearance.However, my only qualm lies with the brown plastic parts of the kettle. While they don't affect the kettle's performance or functionality, they do give off a slightly cheap plastic appearance. This is particularly noticeable in contrast to the otherwise sleek and premium stainless steel body. It would have been preferable if these brown parts were made of a material that better matched the overall quality and aesthetic of the kettle.That being said, I must emphasize that this aesthetic flaw does not detract from the kettle's performance or functionality. It is purely a minor issue related to visual appeal. The kettle still serves its purpose admirably, and the plastic components do not affect the taste or safety of the boiled water.In summary, the DmofwHi Gooseneck Electric Kettle is a stylish and efficient appliance that excels in its primary function of quickly boiling water. The vibrant color and sleek design make it an attractive addition to any kitchen. While the brown plastic parts may look somewhat cheap, they do not compromise the kettle's performance. Looks nice. I like that I can control the pouring with a gooseneck spout.

A bit smaller than I expected but the bonus is it doesn’t take up much counter space. Works great, nice and quiet, and looks nice on my counter.

Be aware. Not a UL certified product or third party certified product. At least I could not see any markings on it. I see other people complaining about leakage and issues with automatic shut off. We experienced that issue a year or so after we purchased it in 2022. They replaced it for a new one. Then this past Spring the auto shut off failed on the new one too and the kettle bottom got melted and filled the house with smoke. Damaged the counter surface as well and I’m surprised it did not cause a fire. Absolutely don’t buy this product. I’ll report this incident to the US product safety commission

When I ruined my last stove kettle, I knew it was time for an electric one that would shut off automatically if I forget about it. But most of those are the same shape, and I really wanted a gooseneck spout for my coffee pour-overs.Which brought me to this guy! And so far it’s perfectly met my expectations. Heats up in a reasonable time, shuts off on its own, looks super cute.My only wish for improvement is that I wish the plastic on top was enamel like the rest of it. When the steam goes through the plastic vent it makes a bit of a heated plastic smell. I’m not really worried health-wise since that part doesn’t touch the inside water. But it’s ever-so-slightly unpleasant if you’re sensitive to scents and chemicals.
