Great for serious workouts to lose weight. You really do seat and you can see the difference within a week or 2 of working out. This is a little snug however it's supposed to be. It is still quite comfortable once you get use tot it and forget you are wearing it. I have lost inches in just a week and half of using this vest when working out

The sizing is all wrong for this product. I ordered the 4xl/5xl. This shirt is so small. I can't even zip it up. This is the size of Small or large. This is not made for a bigger guy. I'm over 300lbs and im looking to lose weight and use this body vest to accelerate my fat loss. I will be returning this vest ASAP.
