I originally ordered a 32-inch sink, but after my kitchen renovation was completed about a month later, I realized that I actually needed a 30-inch sink instead. Since the sink had been stored away while waiting for the kitchen work to be finished, the Amazon return window had already expired.I contacted Lordear expecting that there might not be much they could do because the return period had passed. However, they went above and beyond to help me. Their team was understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving my situation. They not only agreed to replace the sink with the correct 30-inch model, but they also sent me a prepaid return label so I could return the original 32-inch sink.In today’s world, it is rare to find a company that provides this level of customer service and truly stands behind its customers. Lordear made what could have been a very stressful experience simple and hassle-free. I am extremely grateful for their kindness, flexibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Loved this sink when I bought it. Was so impressed with the look of the work station with colander, cutting board and drying rack. I still love it but warn that the cutting board got marked up quickly and easily and only used once. The sink scratches very easily when my husband tried to clean something stuck to it. Water spots show up very easily and will be more maintenance then my previous St steel sink. Was told 16 gauge was a good one to get but next time I will get even better. It’s already installed with countertop and cabinets so we’re keeping it. I do love the large size and depth of it. Price was reasonable so I guess I got what I paid for. I was so bummed when I saw all the scratches despite having the rack but thank God for the rack. It would be a mess otherwise. Overall it’s a decent sink with a great look.

Excellent sink and accessories. Deep enough to be of meaningful use and not splash. I use it in a coffee bar and it’s handy to not have to walk across the color to clean out coffee grounds etc. recommend with garbage disposal for ease of use.

We remodeled our kitchen and this is the sink we installed we love it. It's durable, high quality, pretty and quiet. The price is great as well and love the added dish drainer in particular.

We received our new Lordear Bar Sink and it looks great. The cutting board is beautiful & the drying rack is a great add-on. Everything arrived in perfect condition. It’s too early to speak about its function as it hasn’t been installed yet. Will post an update if there are issues.
