Oh wow! I don’t often leave reviews, but.. I just received this item. Fast forward 20min and it has given me relief I haven’t had in 8 years! If you have cervical or thoracic spine issues, please give this a chance.Does run small, but comes with extenders

I currently work as a an artist drawing all fay and have noticed i hunch alot more then i used to and this helped my back a-lot i’ve tried a few other and theyre to tight or stiff and i cant lean down but this has just enough give to draw and come back and sit up straight and correct my posture !!

After always having really great posture (core strength, chest and back muscles), 10 years of reading on an iPad for a living (plus age, laziness, Iack of overall stretching and strengthening) has created a really unattractive and unhealthy forward rounding of my shoulders and what looks to be (gasp!) the beginning of my grandmother's dowager hump to my upper back.I'm wearing the posture corrector as we speak. Finding a good "tight but not too tight" fit was a little trial and error, but I've worn it for 20 to 45 minutes at a time and it makes me aware of when I fall into lazy posture, even when I'm not wearing it.Honestly, this was almost a return on the first day, tho and I haven't seen another review mention it, but it literally reeks of rubber, like being face down and covered over by a pile of tires, especially the vertical back piece and logo. Leaving it outside for 2 days got rid of most of the smell and spraying it with a vinegar & water neutralizer makes it nearly gone.Another thing that's not mentioned and may be important to some, but it comes with a set of strap extenders if the originals aren't long enough.

I’ve been using this posture corrector strap for a little while now, and overall it does help with posture — I definitely feel more aligned when wearing it. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks that kept me from giving it a higher rating.First, it was a bit tricky to figure out at the beginning. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it took some trial and error to get it adjusted properly. Once I got the hang of it, it became easier to put on and use regularly.The biggest issue for me is the comfort level. It tends to dig into the armpit area after wearing it for a while, which makes it hard to keep on for long periods. If you’re planning to wear it throughout the day, that could be a downside.All in all, it’s effective and does the job, but just be prepared for a bit of discomfort and a learning curve at first.

Solidly made. Doesn’t feel like a cheap flimsy one.

The brace is uncomfortable to wear. The recommendation is to start wearing it for 15 minutes a day and increase over time. I have been unable to position it so that the webbing isn't digging in under my arms.
