I recently broke my hand. I was introduce to paraffin wax at my physical therapy appointment. Needless to say I bought one. It has helped me so much. It’s easy to use. And comes with everything you need. Not only did it help my hand in healing. It softened them at same time. I got the lavender scent. Hoping it wouldn’t be a strong smell. But, to my surprise it was a light scent. I highly recommend it. Now I just use it to keep my hands soft.

My feet and hands were extremely soft and smooth immediately after, and they are STILL soft the next morning! Easy Warranty: Setting up the warranty via text was nearly instant and very professional. They even followed up with a confirmation email and a generous offer for review rewards. A few tips for new users: The "Learning Curve": It can be a little messy the first time, but don't worry—the wax cleans up very easily once it sets. Temperature Control: I followed the instructions to melt the wax at 158°F first, then dialed it down. While 120°F was a bit hot for my preference, I found that dropping it just a few more degrees made it perfect. Definitely test a small area first! Overall, this was a lovely purchase. If you’re looking for a high-quality way to get smooth skin at home, I highly recommend this kit!

I’ve used this paraffin wax machine once so far, and I’m really happy with it. It heated up quickly and worked just as expected. The wax that came with it smelled really nice, too. Simple to set up and easy to use—definitely a great purchase so far!

This machine works quite well. Unfortunately, I had one issue, but its a personal preference and nothing to do with its operation. Setting the temperature right takes some tweaking, but once you figure out your comfort zone its pretty much set it and forget it. My problem was it just wasn't tall enough for my needs. I need a machine to go above my wrist and even at its max line, it was not high enough. My choice is to return it. I will say this: Karite customer service was top notch. My order came with Lavender and as scent sensitive as I am I relied on the reviews that it was a mild scent and thought I would try it. Well, not to this nose! I called the number they give us in the package and the CS rep, Elan, was very nice and understanding of my sensitivity. After verifying my order he offered to send out new unscented wax! From start to finish it took only 3 days total. I am very grateful for the kindness they showed and impressed with the expeditiousness manner it which things were handled. Though it doesn't meet my specific needs I highly recommend this brand.

Love this wax machine. It's ample in size and using it on my hands feels wonderful and relaxing. Will certainly be using it more frequently during winter I'm sure.

7/28/2026 I recently bought this paraffin wax machine as part of my hand therapy for a hand injury. My hand therapist suggested this would help with the stiffness and swelling. I haven't used it yet but I'm already impressed with the affordable price and all the contents included, the 18 month warranty and the outstanding customer service, namely from Elan. I'm looking forward to my parrafin treatment. 8/6/2026 This is a follow up to my review. I just used my wax machine and I stand behind my 5 star review! Instructions were easy, the product is great, and my hand and skin felt absolutely wonderful after the treatment. I used 8 packs of wax which was the perfect level for me. I started with F-120 temp which felt fine. I will kick it up a few notches next time but overall, I'm very pleased as a first time user. Karite is the BEST!

Fragrance is very strong but i mix it with the non scented and that works well. It does take longer to fully melt than the item mentioned but that could also be because i need to use quite a few wax packs to get it to my desired depth. The booties and liners it comes with are way to small and I did have to buy different ones to be able to fully get my feet in but thats to be expected with larger feet. It does seem to moisturize well. Overall its a good product and I would recommend.

Had painful stiff and swollen left hand. This really really really helped.

Put in all the paraffin that comes with it for the first melt. I had to put it on high to melt the solid blocks the first time I used it but once they were all melted and level, it was easy to heat the next time. Comes with everything you need. I have rheumatoid and bought it for when my hands are really bad. One treatment got rid of the deep ache and 24 hours later, they’re still fine. I will pack it away until the next flareup.
