What I loved: The Design: The device is very attractive and easy to use with simple touch buttons. A huge plus is that the outside stays cool to the touch. I had to move mine while it was warm, and it was perfectly safe to handle. The Results: This is the best part. I dipped my feet and one hand, and used the brush for my other hand to test both methods. After about 10–15 minutes, the wax peeled off in one satisfying piece. My feet and hands were extremely soft and smooth immediately after, and they are STILL soft the next morning! Easy Warranty: Setting up the warranty via text was nearly instant and very professional. They even followed up with a confirmation email and a generous offer for review rewards. A few tips for new users: The "Learning Curve": It can be a little messy the first time, but don't worry—the wax cleans up very easily once it sets. Temperature Control: I followed the instructions to melt the wax at 158°F first, then dialed it down. While 120°F was a bit hot for my preference, I found that dropping it just a few more degrees made it perfect. Definitely test a small area first! Overall, this was a lovely purchase. If you’re looking for a high-quality way to get smooth skin at home, I highly recommend this kit!

This wax machine works as described. It is a complete kit with everything you need included. The lavender wax smell is not overly strong - it is very pleasant. Using this wax machine has helped soothe hand pain and my hands are nicely moisturized as a bonus. I haven’t tried it out on my feet yet but it is certainly large enough to accommodate a foot at a time.

I have RA, Fibromyalgia, dysautonomia & osteoarthritis. I waz told to dip my hands & feet daily. After soaking in the warmth from the wax, I remove it, then do some exercises for my hands & feet. The warmth of the wax feels amazing & seems to penetrate deep into my body. The machine is super easy to operate & works well. I would highly suggest you buy one, if not just for old tired hands!

This unit was purchased to assist with my injured wrist therapy and is similar to what my physical therapist regularly uses for me. Unfortunately the first unit I received was faulty/non-functioning but after contacting customer support, I had a replacement brand new unit shipped to me within 2 days. The support agent, Elan, told me to simply keep to failed unit and stayed in contact with me through the entire exchange process. The replacement unit has been working flawlessly for the past week, and when set to 158F as recommended melted 5 packs of paraffin within about 30 minutes. I then turn the temp down to 127F and wait about 20 minutes for the paraffin to cool sufficiently. All of the necessary accessories are included. I'm holding off on 5 stars until I see some degree of dependability. I am very pleased with the performance of the model 4000A and theexcellent customer service.

I’ve used this paraffin wax machine once so far, and I’m really happy with it. It heated up quickly and worked just as expected. The wax that came with it smelled really nice, too. Simple to set up and easy to use—definitely a great purchase so far!

Great product and great customer service! Ordered the KARITE Parafin wax machine and was so excited when it arrived. Read the directions and plugged it in to use that very evening. Our machine turned on but did not heat properly so I called the customer service number - was answered immediately; explained the situation; advised to text my contact number to the number I called. I did as instructed and the next day received a message that another unit was being shipped to us. Arrived in 2 days and it works great! I contacted the company again about mailing the first unit back and was advised to dispose of it. Great service from KARITE! Would buy from this company again.

We purchased this paraffin bath to help with the RA pain in my hands and feet, and honestly, it’s been wonderful. It’s easy to use, smells pleasant, helps ease my pain and stiffness, and cleanup is surprisingly simple. Before buying, I read several reviews mentioning the lavender scent being strong. I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell, but I personally found it mild and not overpowering at all. I do agree with other reviewers that the wax takes a while to melt initially, so plan on about 45-60 minutes to melt completely if wax is solid. I mostly leave mine on continuously for convenience. That may shorten the lifespan eventually, but for me the ease of use is worth it. A few helpful tips for new users: • The instructions said 4-5 wax packages would be enough, but I needed 6 just to reach the minimum fill line. It took about 8½ packages to reach the maximum fill line, so I definitely recommend ordering extra wax upfront. • Break the wax into smaller pieces before adding it to help it melt faster. • Keep the bath on a mat or protective surface because wax flakes, splashes, and drips do happen. • The wax seems to melt around 130°F/44°C, so if the lid is off and the temperature drops slightly, a thin skin can form on top of the wax. • Be careful replacing the lid. The lip it rests on is fairly narrow, and it can slide off and fall into the wax if you’re not paying attention. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would absolutely buy it again for pain relief and comfort.

Simple easy to follow instructions were included. So the machine was easy to use... I felt warmth and comfort in my old achy hands after my first experience with the soothing wax. The lavender scent is mild and so pleasant.
