You have to press down on the top whilst turning it. It's like a child lock on medicines.

Is this product environmentally friendly?

Yes it is and I find it keeps the grey water tank on my motorhome really fresh. It’s not like the trolly grey waste tanks you can easily flush through so the motorhome tank is more stagnant and this product provides the solution
