This is a great product with the husk etc. and not the messy powder that does not dissolve. It is great for just mixing and drinking in water, it's my go to.

GoodFarm Organic Garlic Powder 500gIt seems not so long ago that garlic was rarely used in home cooking, but in recent years it has become very popular. Bad breath was associated with using garlic in cooking, it doesn't seem so much of an issue these days. This is possibly because of the variety of garlic now grown which certainly appears milder than those traditional varieties?In recent years I have been using garlic in my cooking on a regular basis, used with one or two other herbs and flavourings you can really transform the flavour of some foods with this. There are also the many health benefits of consuming garlic to consider.This particular brand of garlic powder is supplied in a plastic zip-lock bag, which sadly does not lock. I am a great fan of these types of bag for powdered products, you can squeeze any excess air out of the bag before sealing by running your finger along the zip-lock strip. But, there does seem to be an issue with my bag, no matter how hard I push the seam together it doesn't seal the bag; the zip-lock is clean and free from powder but just will not seal.The product itself is first class, this has to be the finest Garlic powder I've ever come across, the powder is light and fluffy which has created quite a large volume in terms of it's 500 grams weight. This is 100% Organic which is produced in India, a country that is famous for it's high quality spices; the garlic powder is packaged in the UK.When opened I was confronted by a lovely garlic aroma which was both strong and fresh. As this is such a fine powder I had no problems mixing this into food, just lightly sprinkled over the top and it quickly mixes in. The flavour of this is sweet and tangy, I mixed a small amount into some butter and made some garlic bread, it definitely has a good garlic flavour that doesn't taste powdery or bitter, just a nice sweet garlic flavour.I do like this product and probably shall try some of their other spices too. Good flavour

The actual product is really good ,but abit annoyed that this is out of date in 5 months ,would never use it all by then ,for this reason wouldn't buy again.

I use it daily in my breakfast so I wanted to make sure I'm having the right kind of cinnamon (ceylon VS cassia) and organic. Tastes delicious.
