I had no issues installing this and making the connections was simple. I hooked up cat6 cables to the keystone jacks and saw no loss in speed as compared to a direct connection to the modem.

Wall plate was fantastic but the screws stripped very easily and were very cheap aluminum. That being said I would still buy it again and just use different screws.

Purchase one from the hardware store. Not able to plug cable into it.This one is easy to install. Pulled cable in the wall and plug it into the back of the plate. No problems.

I used these to run two cat6 from the modem in the living room, to the computer room. Had to retain existing coaxial cable television wiring even though we don't use it. Just to cover future capacity to do so. Connecters on these seem to be good quality, and I will update if they ever fail. So far they've been great for around a month of occasional use/load.

I placed this near my modem and router to move ethernet connections to my office and the basement. I snapped out the Cat 6 connectors that came with it for metal Cat 6a connectors for long runs just for durability. This wall unit replaced my coaxial wall plate and added throughput for additional ethernet cables.

Did the job as described. I’m not sure I can judge the quality of the Ethernet ports or the coax connection. What I can tell you and the reason I took off two stars is because the screws are like butter — they strip so easily! I stripped every single one I purchased on the way in, then I struggled to remove everyone to replace them with some hardware store bough screws. There isn’t much we can judge on a product, the screws are easy to judge. I hope the rest of the product wasn’t a compromise as these screws. Btw, I rarely ever write a review but removing screws with a set of pliers motivates me to write reviews.
