It’s very good stuff especially in winter time

I’ve been drinking this for a week and I honestly feel like I can already see it’s effects on my skin. My Skin is really really clearing up, pores closed and my face looks brighter and more supple. I’m excited to keep consistent and keep drinking atleast 2 glasses a day as that’s what I’ve been doing. Hoping drinking this everyday along with my new skin routine (including nip+Fab glycolic cleanser, kojic acid bar soap, the rose water toner from Like it on top skin, alpha arbutin + Ascorbyl Acid from The ordinary & khiels collective brightening cream) clears up my skin completely so I’m left with clear, soft, hydrated, bright, poreless, spotless skin with no hyperpigmentation. I won’t be able to tell it’s affects on my hair just yet but I’m sure if it’s working on my skin it’s definitely at work on my hair and I hope to see great new thickness and growth in around a month. I also bought a glass jug (mine also from Amazon) so I can soak large amounts in water at a time (in comparison to a mason jar and drink over 2/3days before I blend the sprouted seeds to use as a face mask (which I still need to try), add oils to use as a hair mask (which I have tried and it is sensational), or refrigerate for later use and then go on to make a new batch. All in all I highly, highly, recommend these fenugreek seeds and hopefully will find a local Indian shop I can purchase the seeds from instead of through Amazon all the time just so I can buy from a local small business. It may be cheaper in store also.

First time on holy basil, early days to say but taste is good. Fine powder, add some olive oil to paste it.

I’m really disappointed with this Shatavari powder, I’ve used Shatavari before from another brand, so I know what it should taste and feel like. This one tasted different it didn’t have the usual slight bitter taste and honestly I didn’t feel any difference in my energy while using it. When I recently switched to another brand the quality and effect were immediately noticeable. Another issue is the way the reviews are shown. The star rating on this page is misleading because it combines reviews from different products (fenugreek, turmeric, etc.), not just this Shatavari powder, so it looks like the ratings are good but they’re not specific to this item. That made me think this was well reviewed when it really wasn’t. Overall I feel misled and I won’t be buying this again. Amazon should separate reviews by product instead of lumping them all together. Also I brought it for my mum too. 😒

I use this product on my skin to help with hyperpigmentation and dark marks. It really helps not only for my hyperpigmentation but also for the overall texture of my skin. My skin feels smooth and nourished after use, and also helps with inflammation and cystic acne. I have tried other turmeric powders but I recommend buying as close to organic as possible. The potency of this one feels good and authentic. My skin loves it!
