This item did not fit my HP Elitebook 840 G3, and had to be returned. It was very close, but the mounting tabs were overly large and did not match the mounting recesses of my laptop. The return was very easy.

Caddy for Hp.
Product seems OK. I thought it was going to be a solid metal or plastic caddy but is is a soft one. We will see how it works. Have not installed yet.

Does not fit HP Probook 450 G4
HP Probook 450 G4 hard drive caddy has two screws that go into the laptop, one in the back and one in the side. This caddy has two screws on each side. See videos online to get a picture of what the caddy for this laptop actually looks like. This one seems to be the correct one: B07BKTJFSN

HP Elitebook 840 G4 - Not such a good fit but value for money!!
I have a HP Elitebook 840 G4. It is made for this item but it was hard to fit and the plastic somewhat folds.Given it is value for money and HP part is too expensive, I would give it a 4 stars and will certainly buy again.
