GloFish Aquarium Gravel, Pink, Green & Blue Mix, 5 lbs

These pebbles are fantastic. They’re not too small. There wasn’t any broken Unusable rock. I actually use these pebbles for a pebble tray for my plants to create humidity and they work perfect. The potted plant sits nicely on top of the gravel without sinking. The rocks did not have a lot of residue when I cleaned them the water ran clear. They were absolutely clean. They are a nice medium sized rock. Definitely not too small. These would work great for a pebble tray or they would work great in a fish tank because they have a nice subtle shimmer to them .You receive a lot of rocks as well I was able to fill three large 10 inch pebble trays with one bag Highly recommend.

🪸This 5 pound bag of GloFish gravel adds a pop of color in my fish tank. The blue light which makes the gravel glow very noticeably! It's enhances the GloFish experience, highlighting the unique colors of the actual GloFish you can get along with the decorations that glow under blue LED lighting. It's visually attractive, especially the black and white variations. Inability love the GloFish colors that are currently available and I am able to visually do so much with this gravel when it comes to making my aquariums stand out. 🪸For this reasonably priced bag I've only had to use part of the bag so far with plenty of extra. The gravel is clean, easy to rinse, and provides a good foundation for any aquarium. [REMEMBER: it is still vital to thoroughly rinse the gravel regardless before placing it in the aquarium to remove any dust or debris that may cloud the water or harm the fish!] 🪸I can't leave out the fact that this gravel also has versatile uses! Aside from aquariums, I have found their gravel useful ajd safe for other purposes like vase fillers, plant drainage, and for decorations on my houseplants topsoil. 🪸 I've never experienced any issues, and with that It is safe for a diverse range of fish species, from peaceful community fish to bottom-dwelling species like Corydoras. I recently added this black gravel to my aquarium and I’m really impressed with how it transformed the whole look! Right away, the dark gravel made the fish and plants pop. It also created such a clean, bold background that makes colors stand out beautifully. The gravel was nice and clean (very little dust), and after a quick rinse it settled perfectly on the bottom without all the cloudiness or fuss some other gravels cause. It felt like a solid, and good quality and gave my tank a polished, finished look. My aquarium now looks more vibrant and “designed,” and the gravel gives a nice base for plants and decorations Everything feels more put-together than before. Overall I’m super happy with this purchase. If you want a simple but striking look for your tank, this gravel is a great choice!

1st- these are NOT white rocks. They are natural colored stones PAINTED white. My concern is that over time; the white may wear off. However because of the way they are painted- some of the natural stone color shows through almost making them look porous or like coral-which I really like. 2nd- if you are like me.. it’s hard to judge the coverage of a 5lb bag of rocks; so I am including a pic of what x1- 5lb bag looks like in my narrow 15gallon tank. My layer is thin- but I didn’t want to add more weight. 3rd- there are some super small pieces that because I have a tight mesh strainer- they did not drain through. SEE pic! I did find that at first some of them floated on the top of the tank… but if you poke at them with your finger- they sink! I’m happy with them for the price. I’ve also included pics of the ricks close-up so you can see what I mean. Over-all good value.

These colors are so much fun- they really brighten and live and up any tank set up. They are smaller than a pea, but much bigger than sand. We used it in a tank for African dwarf frogs, betta fish, and platys. The gravel has held up very well over many months and isn’t getting green or gross (though I vacuum once per week)

Great quality and very easy to use. It’s easy to clean, lightweight, and works really well for what I needed. The visibility is good and it feels durable. Definitely happy with this purchase!

Nice rocks. Perfect amount for my 2.5 gallon beta fish tank. Hint: when pouring into the colander to rinse before use, don’t spill the gravel into the disposal, seizing up the motor, & causing husband to spend an hour in repairs.

This is terrible quality black dyed gravel. It breaks apart very easily and crumbles into tiny pieces and despite rinsing it, my fish started dying a while after placing it in their tank. After removing them 3 out of five died and suffered in the process. Totally toxic and unsafe.
