This is supposed to be the replacement for the discontinued Triple Fiber (Which I loved). It doesn't work nearly as well.

Good for long term use!
I've been using this product for many years. I take 3 in the morning with a full glass of water and it has made a big difference in my bowel habits (for the better!). I think they recently changed the formulation slightly - the bottle is different and the capsules look and smell a bit different (more of a fennel smell/taste), but I think it's actually working even better than before.

Quality isn't as it used to be
I've been buying this product for years. Lately, it has a bad odor. I placed 3 different orders and they both had a strong odor. It makes me vomit when I take these vitamins. I returned them and won't be purchasing again.
