I wish Amazon had some sort of quality control. It's a real disservice to their customers how much research you have to do to buy a simple product like a coffee mug. I already bought some cups that were cheaper and returned them because water got in between the walls. I was very pleased with this pair at first, but low and behold, there's water between the walls even though these are pricier. I'm too busy and annoyed to return these, and because who knows if I pay even more if I'll get a better product. These are a good height if you are pulling a shot straight into the cup on an espresso machine.

This does the trick for someone who likes piping hot coffee, but doesn't like a cup too hot to hold. Cup stays cool to the touch and beverage remains hotter for longer. Nice looking and very easy to clean.

The mug is aesthetically well designed and good quality. The double wall design does seem to keep the warm drinks about 10°F warmer than my standard ceramic mugs.It’s a big volume mug in the hand - obviously the insulating air chamber takes up a bit of space.

After a few washes in the dishwasher water was getting into the inside of the mugs, and it's pretty much impossible to get it out once it is in there.They are great cups, I like them a lot, but once they get water in the inside they're kind of just annoying...I don't want to throw them away but I can't get the water out so...I'd recommend them, but HANDWASH THEM if you'd like to keep them.

Both arrived damaged. One was shattered. I am guessing a manufacturing problem since the packaging was very sturdy and they come in thick foam padding.

The Quality of the glass is very bad; it has a drill hole in both mugs and both mugs has bubbles.

It wasn’t properly sealed so one of my cups has condensation on the inside. So it looks dirty and leaks from the bottom.

I Love these mugs, great for coffee in bed without burning your bits. They are delicate and will break if you bang them around. The last pair I had got water between the walls and Customer service won't respond.

However, when ordering just two, when I received them they looked rather too thin so handled them carefully. Unfortunately, after use 4 times and twice in the dishwasher one came out and was cracked.So I'm ordering single wall borosilicate mugs and will fit them with a cozy to maintain temperature.Shame really

They are large enough, but not too tall. Very comfortable to hold and keep the drink warm

Washed it twice by hand and water came inside ??? How ? Not it just looks rank as there is water and condensation inside the cup that makes it look dirty and wet all the time.. and there is no crack or anything as it is very very thin i made sure to not chock it or anything, very disappointed for the price and only two uses :(

Do noy buy, smashed to jagged pieces in the dishwasher, supposed to be dishwasher safe.
