Yes these are grommets reinforced.

Can this be easily cut to customise size?

Tyvek can be cut or trimmed but there are other size Tyvek sheets and less expensive sold on Amazon with self adhesive or peel & stick Grommet Tabs. You can cut the sheet to your specific size and then attach the tabs, very simple to install and there are no tools required.

Can the grommet be put back into the sheet ? The material was to rip when i try ?

Would have to be a new grommet. It would not be able to be placed in the same spot as the hole would be too big for a replacement grommet.

Which side is up? Meaning, the side you place the tent on?
