I did a lot of research for the right product and this one came highly recommended, and I am very pleased. We have been using it for a few days and both myself and my daughter have not had any gunk or crustiness. It is a super fine mist and the spout is long and narrow to get in those smaller places. My daughter struggles to use the spray herself, but she is 7, and I would be sure an older child would cope just fine. Great price point, too. We now would not use anything else.

This is the only genuinely sterile saline for cleaning new & existing piercings I'd use/recommend - just be mindful of the cost often being more than it should be for the smaller sized one

NeilMed piercing spray is the best I’ve used on any infected piercing. It does not sting and is highly effective. It helps heal after a few uses in my case (may be different for you). It is non greasy as it’s a spray and the can lasts for ages as you only need a small spray per piercing. Good size and value for money.

Bought this as it had good reviews. Was very worried about taking care of my helix piercing because it was my first piercing ever and the first cartilage piercing in my family (that i know of) so i had to rely on internet information for aftercare advice (i accidentally walked out before my piercer gave me the aftercare package because nobody told me to wait). But I am happy to report that despite its high price this spray has given me no issues, I like the spray format because it's easy to use and fuss-free. Plus it lasts so much longer. I will also say that one of these 6.3oz bottles was more than enough for 2 lobe piercings (8 weeks healing time) and a helix (at least 12 weeks healing time but have been using for longer just in case) (2 cleans a day), and still has some spare if any hiccups occur later on. Hope this helps 🙂 Update (around a year and a half after purchase) : sadly the stem has broken even though it's probably not empty and I'm not sure I'll be able to use the rest of it... not sure if it's a problem with the bottle or if I was too rough with it...

lol what a difference in my piercings I suffer form fibromyalgia and it’s been difficult to heal my piercing which I had for while and the fresh one but after only a few days the trouble piercings have started to heal and my new conch is nice and clean plus started to heal already 😊already ordered another bottle just in case 🤣

Good helix piercing aftercare. Its fine mist, easy to use. Much cheaper on Amazon than in piercing place. It does not irritate skin.
