My FAVORITE vitamins PERIOD.
I've been using these on and off for years. Waaaay better than a multivitamin where everything is in one pill. I take most in the morning with food save one Vitamin E, one CalMag and the multimineral for the evening. I know they work b/c when I had my physical last year my doctor said my Vitamin D levels were outstanding and my calcium. I actually feel mentally better when I take these daily and have more energy/stamina throughout the day. Seriously SO good. I take these multipacks in combo with another brand's joint vitamins and homeopathic herbs, but these are my BASIC must have for health.
