I had a facial milia for months! I had no idea how I was going to remove it and the Internet came to the rescue. It was so easy to use, months of me looking at it...gone in 5 minutes! It's extremely sharp so do be careful but it worked easily on the first try

I haven’t had the chance to use it properly yet as I gave up the last time. However, it is super sharp (as expected), and it is easy to manoeuvre. The case it comes in is handy and it is better than any name-brand that you could buy. I couldn’t actually get the milia out properly with this because I got scared. Though I’m sure it works just fine. Silly me.

Need to be very careful, as it's extremely sharp.I used it to help remove stubborn milia on my face. Saves alot of money, compared to visiting a salon.Only recommend using it, if you know what you're doing, and have a steady hand.

I was finally able to remove the hard white bump under my eye by using the sharp end to carefully pierce the skin and then squeezed it out.

So good! It's important to be extremely careful if using to extract milia because it punctures the top layer of skin. The lance is sharp so I was able to easily nick and create a tiny hole that allowed extraction. I watched a few YouTube examples to see ideas about positioning the lance before I tried it out. I'm super impressed. I have also used Qtips to remove the keratin ball, but the wand end of this tool is very effective. My skin is extremely prone to scarring so I apply pure Vitamin E twice a day to each spot, for a full 10 days after removal. Highly effective. Saves a bundle on derm appointments.
