Does it fit an iphone 6?

Yes. We tried and it can fit an iPhone 6, but can not iPhone 6 plus.

I know it says it can fit a tube... but can it fit a 29 inch tube specifically?

Contrary to what other commenters have posted, this bag will definitely fit any tube if you roll it up tightly. The quality of the bag is excellent for the price as it has held up wonderfully during my daily use of opening and closing and stuffing things in. I've been able to fit my spare tube, a small patch kit, an extra clip on tail light which fits perfectly on the loop on the front of the bag, spare batteries for the light, a tiny screwdriver to open the battery compartment, my rainproof seat cover, ALL of the included tools PLUS a small crescent wrench. Don't underestimate this little pouch, there's PLENTY of space. I look forward to uploading a video with my review.
