I mix a scoop of KOS golden mylk into my morning concoction every single day. I suffered from intermittent digestion/gas problems where I would be in abdominal pain after eating for 8+ hours and could not figure out why. I accidentally discovered that if I drink KOS golden mylk, then I don’t have bloating or episodes of abdominal pain, regardless of what I eat. Whatever is in this drink, whether the tumeric or mushrooms, has such a significant impact on my gut health that it’s a must-have drink for me every day. I make sure that it is the FIRST thing to enter my system before anything else, including coffee. If you have gut/digestion/bloating issues, give it a try! (P.S. when I first tried it, I did not love the taste, but now I crave it every day).

This is a creamy relaxing evening drink. I mix with warm whole milk and enjoy before bed. Taste is smooth and not too sweet.

I thought the product would taste more like gingerbread. It tastes much like turmeric, which is one of the ingredients. I blended mine with cold almond milk and it was good-no grit. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the flavor. It's delicious, but has a strong turmeric flavor. That just might be the nature of drinks with turmeric.

I don't drink it every night, but when I'm feeling kinda cold and out of sorts, it's really comforting! It's rich and tastes so good. I mix it in hot water, or sometimes hot almond milk, or sometimes half hot almondmilk and half hot water. Every ingredient in it is good for you - what a win! It's expensive, but I really enjoy it. Plus I know it's good for me (unlike hot chocolate which is full of sugar). No sugar or artificial sweeteners. If you're looking for a hot drink that's satisfying and good for you, you've found it! I can't imagine anyone not loving this!

Well, I never thought the flavor is so odd. I don’t know how to describe. It also contains sugar. I don’t like it. And the bottle is so small. It doesn’t deserve to be so high.

Healthy for sure and mixes well with other powders such as whey. I enjoyed the flavor by itself when mixed with water or milk, but most of it was mixed with protein powders.

I was so excited about this product when I ordered it. It sounded soooo awesome! But then I tasted it, and it was sooooo sweet. Now maybe for the average person, it's not that sweet, but I'm sugar-free and have been for years. Before I buy anything, I always read labels carefully, and in this case, I got duped by the label. It just wasn't obvious that it contained sugar. Thankfully, Amazon reimbursed me. I won't drink it. It would be sooo nice to have this product with no sweetener at all.
