Rock solid and stable
When I bought my thermal, I knew I had to match my investment with a high quality scope mount. This is the one to get. The quick release feature makes this mount a bit more flexible to quickly mount on other firearms. Installing the device was effortless. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. Do not overtighten the scope to the mount. Make it snug but not overdoing the tightening. I will be buying another mount when I get another scope soon.

Warne X Skel QD mount
.....I have used the Xskel qd mount already and the return to zero is excellent. The mount seems very well built and has steel inserts for the cap screws. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the weight, which is pretty standard in these types of mounts. I couldn't find the ADM mount I wanted so for the money I went with this. I'm glad I did. I do notice the added weight over the Aero Ultralight mount but I don't mind too much. Recommend

Sturdy, excellent quality mount
I purchased this mount to attach a LPVO scope to a patrol rifle. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality, fit and finish. I believe it will be a solid performer and meets my needs for professional law enforcement use. I recommend the use of a torque-style wrench to make sure you don’t over tighten the screws. I’d certainly purchase it again.

Great item, but may need some redesign
This is a great mount. Bought this to put on a Rem. 700 SA precision rifle. The MOA is just right for me with a 20 MOA rail mounted on the action. There are other 50-60 dollar QD mounts that are very similar, but with the steel threaded inserts that are installed on the rings these are a must when using an aluminum mount. The two cross bolts that tighten the mount onto the rail are square and not round, this is the way it should be as you want to mate the mount onto the rail with a tight tolerance. One down fall for me, "however may not be for others" is that the QD levers are located on the action side of the rifle. It does not interfere with the bolt or scope, however it is very close. Would work great for a left handed bolt action rifle with no interference. Overall this is a great mount, but unfortunately is a little over priced. Warne needs to consider a price drop as their competitors are manufacturing very similar mounts at a lower cost.

Uncertain
While I have yet to range test it, the installation of my Vortex PST was smooth, and seems to fit snug but tight into the mount. The QD levers are easy to manipulate, and don’t extend far, so manipulating the controls on my rifle is still easy. The quick tighten feature is extremely helpful and saves a lot of time pulling the optic off and having to worry about if it got loose.EDIT: In doing some livefire drills with the mount, some notable issues come into play. The tension nuts have a notable tendency of loosening, or rather not locking into a solid position, and I feel this could be part of the reason that I cannot get exceptionally good groupings, even at 100 yards. The hooks that connect to the QD levers themselves are also susceptible to rusting, as I've got surface rust across mine. The lack of locking lugs on the mount itself is also not a confidence builder. I will most likely try to buy a good pair of scope rings, and retire this mount.
