Der Mundschutz erfüllt seinen Zweck. Nach ein paar eingesteckten Schlägen Habe ich bisher noch keine Cuts im Mundraum durch irgendwelche Kanten gehabt. Alle Zähne sind noch drin also bisher 5 Sterne und Kaufempfehlung. Die Anleitung beschreibt das Anpassen sehr gut und es hat bei mir auch auf den ersten Versuch gepasst. Der Citrus-Geschmack hat noch nicht nachgelassen und ich empfinde Diesen als angenehm. Ich hoffe dass der Schutz noch eine Weile hält.

These do their job. I was a little surprised at how small they are. I actually thought about returning them. However, if you read the instructions carefully you will note that these and other similar mouthguards are not designed to go all the way back to your last molar. They are supposed to just go to your first molar. The process of making them fit was easy. I microwaved them in some water, then put them in my mouth and bit down. They did shrink just a tiny bit when they hardened, so they push my teeth in a little. You wouldn't notice if you are just using this for sports, but I imagine that if I used this at night it might have an effect on my bite. They are a little bulky, but not more so than competing products. I'm actually not sure why they can't make these slimmer. Must be some constraints I'm not aware of. The taste...it's ok. Very persistent. It continues to smell and taste of a light lemon with hints of some kind of tea after many uses. It's not delicious, but I suppose it's far superior to the taste of wax or rubber or old spit. Overall I'm satisfied with this mouth guard. It's good quality.
