I love this brace! I have severe osteoarthritis & need a knee replacement on my right knee, but can't afford it right now. I bought this brace to help support my knee until such time I can. I love the front closure - it's so easy to put on, and in addition affords you the ability to wear the brace over your jeans if you want to, rather than under them. In just two days of wearing the brace during the day, my pain level has noticeably decreased. What a surprise! I believe it's because the overall support keeps me from getting the many tiny injuries I usually get daily while stepping a little bit wrong, taking the stairs a bit too heavily, and walking on the uneven ground of my farm. The metal hinges still my knee to bend easily as well. I also like the opening behind the knee. It allows bending without the horrible bunching that sleeve style braces have. My medical insurance doesn't cover durable medical equipment, so I have tried many different braces from local stores and pharmacies in the past. None of them carry the larger size I need, and none of them had the wrap around front closure style. In addition, their prices were in the $30 range. Alot to pay for poor fit and design! I measured wrong (used 6" from the center of the patella rather than 3") and so the 3x is a little smaller than I'd like, but it's still very useable. Next order, I'll get the 4x so I have some extra room. This was in no way the fault of the seller, and I like the brace way too much to return it for a larger size, lol. Last week, my husband badly injured his knee stepping in a hole he didn't see, so he tried on my brace on and he also loves it. We're brace sharing for the time being, but once I order the 4x, I'll be giving him the 3x as his own. I found no problems with the materials, stitching or velcro whatsoever, and find the entire brace to be of great quality and design at a fair price. What more could anyone ask??

This is the absolute BEST knee brace I have ever had the (dis) pleasure of wearing. BraceAbility has been a KEY component in my personal #FatToFit transition. I went from weighing 387 pounds to 285 pounds in roughly 16 months thanks in HUGE part to these braces. Over the course of this year and a half, I have had to purchase not one not two but THREE different knee braces, from the 6XL to the 4XL. I can run in them, they offer SUPERB support and flexion, and they stay snug to your thighs and calves, no matter how massive. Perfect for Rehabilitation to injured/weakened knees. Perfect for Basketball, Elliptical machines, Walking, Jogging, and just plain Support and Stability (if you have knees with weak ligaments). As you lose weight, you'll HAVE to buy a smaller size to keep that perfect fit; but this is one time you WON'T be complaining…

Durable material , strong Velcro, it’s comfortable my only issue is it still slides down? I don’t know if I should’ve went a size up because they run small or if I miss measured, but Amazon will not let me return it and get a bigger size, it would have to be the exact same one and that’s not what I need. I need to go up a size but I’ll just keep it and work with the brace sleeve or compression sleeve I guess.

Appears to be of Good quality and seems to appear to offer support BUT, you must size up 2 sizes from what measurement guide states. Had to return right away unfortunately. Was hoping this brace could keep my LCL from twisting, but again will have to rely on repeated cortisone injections. With that, had to give only 3 stars.

I have had trouble with my knee for years due to miniscus pain and arthritis but I can’t afford surgery so I thought a knee brace would help stabilize the knee and minimize the pain. Since purchasing and trying out this knee brace I have found that I need something to stabilize the knee brace and minimize my financial loss. I thought the knee brace had a good price—and it is quality workmanship and materials but it slips down about 1/8” to 1/4” at a time as I am walking around, even though I have it cinched comfortably tight around my knee. I keep having to tug it back into place every 15 minutes, making it very uncomfortable and frustrating. I measured exactly as specified and received the right one but it still slips. It is very aggravating and I would rather put up with the pain but my family nixed that idea, saying that they prefer that the four- letter words stay under my tongue. I wouldn’t buy this again.

It is nice and sturdy, fits perfectly.

I am very heavy at the moment and needed a brace and was unsuccessful at getting one that actually fit right, was comfortable, WORKED the way it was supposed too and amazing quality. This brace is the complete package!! It works and is extremely helpful. I am a Hairstylist and I am on my feet for 8-12 hours straight and it would not be possible if not for this brace. I am also happy to add that this company is all about quality, customer service and customer satisfaction. After I received my brace I received an email making sure I was happy with it and letting me know if I had any questions, comments or anything to respond to the email. I let them know that the brace I received unfortunately, had a piece that broke off and I asked if I could get a replacement piece just so I could loop the Velcro through. They responded instantly just asking for a picture of what I was talking about so they could have it for insurance purposes and that they would send me out a whole new brace instantly. I sent back the picture and again said that I just needed a loop piece and I could use the one I had. Within 2-3 days at the most my whole new brace came in and it is amazing!! They didn’t even want the broken brace back. I am extremely grateful and satisfied beyond belief. It’s not easy being overweight and it’s even less easy to find a product that works when you are overweight. Thank you BraceAbility! Everything was and is perfect!

Sizing is so OFF on here. I ordered per their sizes and it did not fit. I already have one from another company, so familar with how to put it on and how it works. I wanted a second so I could change off one for the other so as not to wear it out to soon. Also when washing them allowing it time to dry well. Mine has a squeaking from the metall hinges as well. So thought maybe giving it a rest from time to time might have helped too. Anyway it had to go back. Am so DISAPPOINTED, if thesizing would have been right this shoud have fit.
