Hot Cold Therapy Soft Wrap with Removable Gel Ice Pack

It works fine, just not real happy with elastic band when I put it around my neck (catch the chin I guess)...Have to be careful. The new way to use Ice now is to only put it on until the area is numb (less then 15 minutes) then wait one hour and repeat. After about three or four rounds the foot / neck etc stays numb for a while. The old adage 20 mins on 20 mins off has gone the way of the Dodo Bird!!! Medicine is not an exact science it is an art form!!!!

I have a broken foot and this works better than leaving a bag of peas or a gel pack just sitting on top of your foot. It makes the gel pack press up against your foot. I just wish there was an option to purchase more gel packs for this wrap.

Works great. Stays cold for a long time. If I am sitting still, there are no problems, if I have to move, it won't stay on my shoulder.

Prompt shipment, but no instructions on how to use it. Using it cold is clear enough, but using it for heat isn't.

I bought this for my ankle. I needed something I could wear when I was working. Works prefect

I do use this for cold. Works good. Wrapper is easy to use. I wish little more bigger.

Perfect answer to my injury! I've used this for a couple of weeks now and find it to be the very BEST product of this type I've ever used. Well designed to stay in place when/where needed...but I also sit with my leg up at times and simply use the wrap at it's full length to cover more surface area of my particular injury. When I ordered the shipment came quickly and in good order. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I use only 2 time heating in microwave 1 min each time. It is pop up, all gel in microwave.It too bad quilty. it is came yesterday night. Now I can't use and clean my microwave.
