After conducting some research, we determined that using Saw Palmetto can assist with PSA score and overall men's health. The product does not appear to have any side effects and so far appears to be working after just a short time. I would recommend the product and plan to continue to use it.

There are a million saw palmetto products out there claiming to help with those "have to get up and go in the middle of the night" guy problems, but this one actually works for me. So, I recommend it. It takes a week or two of daily use to build up in your system and really work but after a while I found I could go on a lower dose and maintain so that saves on costs as well. This company produces quality products, everything I've bought from them-vitamins, digestive health products, supplements, has been good.

For us guys as we get older a great product to keep our manhood young !!! Important to us and perhaps more important to our lady loves !!!

Bought this product recommended by Country Life since it replaced Prostamax which was what my dad was taking for 6 years before it was discontinued, he’s 75 yo and swears by it and very happy with the results! This is the best vitamin company there is!

urinary system issues. Rx My Dr had side effects, vision blurry, very mild headache. Family member worked for a male with similar issues and is herbologist. He suggested this supplement and also said ask my urologist first. I did. My Dr. was fine with this however he also told me the Rx that was a problem for me he could easily substitute for another one to eliminate the side effects. I choose Saw palmetto & pygneum 2years, good results. See my Urologist on a regy basis!

This to me is an economical buy for those needing prostrate support. I am a senior, and I find I need to exceed the recommended dosage by twice (4 instead of 2 capsules a day) to get much effect. And I need to take if for a while like a month or more to get the most effect. I have noticed no side effects at all, even with the increased dosage. To me, this is a good product for those who need it. Recommended. Recently, while on vacation, I had to buy more but couldn't find this brand. I picked up another brand - it didn't work as well, in fact hardly at all.
