The trimmer is very low powered using the supplied battery. I am using a Duracell battery, and it still seems a bit underpowered, is this normal?

Thank you for your question. We recommend that batteries type AA GLR6A Alkaline 1.5V are used with this product for maximum power, rather than zinc carbon batteries. The battery life should be at least 300 cycles and be of sufficient power. We hope this resolves your query. Kind regards Beurer Customer Service Team

How can I contact to return as faulty, not cutting

Contact Amazon first through their online Chat. They will help

Is there any reason I can not use rechargeable batteries?

Hi Armin, good question. It's to do with the voltage, 'standard' batteries have a voltage of 1.5v, rechargeable 1.2v. Therefore the rechargeable batteries may not have the sufficient power to operate the product to the full advertised specification. Kind regards, Beurer Customer Service Team
