Uses 1-1/2 inch fittings
It looks good so far, the D-Code tub has not arrived, so this drain/ overflow is not installed yet, but it looks to be high quality and they provide an installation tool.The reason I purchased this, is that it is designed for the Duravit tub. It also uses standard US 1-1/2 inch pipe fittings. The tub is claimed to be "designed for the US market" but I don't know if the holes in the tub for drain and overflow are standard so a US drain/overflow kit might not fit.If you've tried fitting US faucets and drain assembly to an Ikea metric sink you will know what I mean..Note: that it only comes in polished chrome (the finish I always specify anyway) , and a bit more pricey than a typical Kohler brass drain/overflow assembly.

Cable broke after 6 years
looks nice, but cable broke after 6 years. Next time I will go for a stopper not operated by a cable.
