I don’t use the solution. I dump it out and just fill with water. Which I would recommend any woman does as these “solutions” usually cause discomfort. But I like to use them in the shower with water to properly cleanse out before intimate moments.

i just use the bottles so dont know about the product inside.. the bottles are good
