For quality and price rate is excellent. Love the touchscreen. It is great for simple use as Windows Office and internet exploring. Nice Colour.

Much thinner than the Lenovo we purchased in 2013 because it no longer has a DVD player (which I kind of miss). Very fast. Slot for camera card is shallow but functions fine. Plenty of ports for printer, speakers, mouse, thumb-drive. No overheating issues. Runs quietly. Easy to set up. I like it a lot. Glad I purchased it.

The date of the expiration of the warranty had to be rightfully extended to match when I bought it rather than when the vendor i bought it from bought it. This was a PITA.

My son LOVES this laptop. He uses it for his schoolwork and with the "NEW NORMAL" it was the best buy for him to be able to connect with his classmates and with the school. It boots up really fast and he has had absolutely no problems with it. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

The computer starts up fast. The computer also handles computer games quite nicely. That being said, I haven’t played high quality games like assigns creed or elder scrolls on it. So the jury is still out on that one.

Screen didnt last long!!

It is easy to use. I really like the keyboard with numeric keys with numbers lock.

In the description it says, Human Interface is touchscreen with stylus support however the laptop I received isn't touchscreen capable. About this item section states, backlight display however this laptop doesn't have a backlight display. I called and spoke with the Lenovo company, and they stated and verified that this computer doesn't come with either of these features. This is false advertising, and I will never buy another laptop or computer from Amazon. This was the 2nd Lenovo laptop I purchased in the past 2 weeks. The first one didn't work at all, and I was refunded for the purchase and this time some of the features promised by Amazon are not true for this particular laptop. Even the rate features for this review are misleading because touchscreen is one of the things it's asking me to rate but there's no option for no touchscreen or an option to select no stars. I had to select 1 star for the touchscreen rating because it's the lowest rating. I don't recommend anyone buy this laptop.

La lap está aparentemente bien, desafortunadamente venía en idioma inglés teclado y configuración, lo cual aún que se cambie dicha configuración no se quita del todo y ciertos programas se instalan en inglés por eso, y para mi no era la computadora, así que tuve que regresar la, solo lo que no me gusto es que tardaron un poquito para darme la. Devolución

La máquina es buena por el precio, funciona bien , es lo que esperaba por el precio, sin embargo hay dos detalles que no me gustaron: 1) que solicite factura y nunca me llego y 2) la garantía que decía de 1 año en el equipo solo era válida por 6 meses,

No es touch cuando lo compré decía que era touch. En cuanto a funcionamiento es excelente
