Excellent quality organic flour. It cooks up smooth and is very gentle on the stomach. Great traditional, wholesome ingredient to keep in the pantry.

perfect sunnah food
forget your daily bowl of porridge, have this instead! good for the mind and soul, and is a sunnah! i usually top mine with dates, fruits and nuts but it’s basically like a standard porridge- tastes a lot better and has it with the intention that it’s a sunnah, and you’ll get rewarded for it!

Weird experience but fun
Versatile product. A weird experience. Takes some getting used to and a lot of patience to make a creamy sauce. Heat milk in a saucepan, add Barley Flour powder, stirring all the time. Keep stirring and it will eventually thicken to make a whie sauce. Add your own flavours, seet or savoury.

Amazing quality.
Really happy with the quality been having it daily and tastes great we add a drizzle of honey. Cheapest i found online. Highly recommend.
