Exceeded my expectations!
I bought a couple of power banks recently, but this one outperforms them all!I was a bit skeptic in the beginning, because I've never heard about Ravpower, but now I can highly recommend it! Some time ago I bought an Anker Power Cell PD (27800 mAh). The Anker PD power bank charged within 3-4 h and had a conversion efficiency of approx 90%, which was excellent. However, once I tried to charge it with a normal charger (2.4A charger) it took more than a day to charge, run only with ~1A at 5V, and consumed 300-400Wh (for a 100Wh power bank). So it burned 3-4x its maximum capacity with its inefficient circuitry. The Anker customer service confirmed my measurements and told me that it can only be charged with a PD charger, which made it unusable for me, because I cannot use a normal charger or a USB solar panel. With that in mind I was skeptic. However, it turned out that this Ravpower PD power bank is not picky at all and accept all kind of input voltage (PD and non-PD) with relative low losses.Although I didn't test all ratings, I tested a representative range in complete charge and discharge cycles via the USB-A, USB-C, and AC outlet. I used a USB load tester, a (max.) 25W USB DC load, an AC power meter, and a hand held oscilloscope to measure the inverter sine wave. I used a constant power at various voltage and current ratings for discharge test (see pictures for my experimental setup). To speed up testing, I mostly recharged at 20V / 1.5A (30W are the maximum of my PD charger). The following ratings are in Wh. mAh cannot be compared across different voltage levels.Wh = Ah * VThe maximum power rating of the power bank is:74Wh = 20 Ah * 3.7 V (Li-Ion cell voltage)74Wh is the maximum power output of the batteries without stepping up to higher voltages (reducing the current). That means, the closer the measured energy is to 74Wh, the more efficient the circuity. Good power banks have an efficiency of approx. 90%.Due to energy loss in the circuitry, the power consumption in charge cycles is always above 74Wh and always below for discharge cycles. My tests:Charge 1) USB-C in 19.8V, 1.45A (~29W), PD charger – consumed: 84 Wh in 4:32 h – 88% efficiencyDischarge 1) USB-A out 5V, 3A (~15W) – output: 66.84 Wh in 4:35 h – 90% efficiencyCarge 2) USB-C in 5.09V, 2.25A (~11.5W), regular 2.4A charger – consumed: 77.69 Wh in 6:41 h – 95% efficiencyDischarge 2) USB-C out 5V, 3A (~15W) – output: 56.60 Wh in 3:47h – 76% efficiency----> Remark: 77.69 Wh for charging seems to be too good to be true. I assume the power bank stopped charging before it was actually full, which would also explain the low discharge efficiency in discharge 2. I repeated discharge 2 (see discharge 5, which had 91% efficiency) <----Charge 3) USB-C in 19.9V, 1.43A (~29W), PD charger – consumed: 84.86 Wh in 2:58 h – 87% efficiencyDischarge 3) USB-C out 9V, 2A (~18W) – output: 68.7 Wh in 3:48h – 93% efficiency (fan turned on)Charge 4) USB-C in 19.8V, 1.44A (~29W), PD charger – consumed: 83.23 Wh in 2:54 h – 89% efficiencyDischarge 4) USB-A out 9V, 2A (~18W) – output: 71.04 Wh in 3:59h – 96 % efficiencyCharge 5) USB-C in 19.8V, 1.44A (~29W), PD charger – consumed: 83.2 Wh in 2:54 h – 89% efficiencyDischarge 5) USB-C out 5V, 3A (~15W) – output: 66.97 Wh in 4:29h – 91% efficiencyCharge 6) USB-C in 19.8V, 1.45A (~29W), PD charger – consumed: 83.94Wh in 2:56 h – 88% efficiencyDischarge 6) AC inverter out 110V, 3A (~0.26 W) – output: 59 Wh in 2:07h – 80% efficiencyCharge 7) USB-C in 15V, 1.98A (~30 W), PD charger – consumed: 80.78Wh in 2:53 h – 92% efficiencyTest summary: The power bank shows a conversion efficiency around 90% at various voltage and current ratings, which is good!! (AC see below) Notably, in discharge 1 I used 5V and 3A. Later I realized that the USB-A port is only rated with (max) 2.4A at 5V, but it worked nicely without outages!!! That's an exceptional stability! However, the power bank turned off when I went above 3A at 5V via USB-A.Inverter / AC:As expected that the efficiency of the inverter is lower. Without being able to compare it to other inverters, I assume 80% efficiency is good.I attached a picture of my test setup. I connected my PD charger with USB load and two 4W LEDs (I only have energy saving LEDs at home ;-) )the output frequencey of this model is 60Hz and the rms is ~110V. IMPORTANT: This is not a pure sine wave, but a modified sine wave inverter (see oscilloscope in picture). This has some consequences. You shouldn't try to use the inverter for any sensitive electronics or motors that rely on pure sine waves. I tested a two 30W/60W fans and they worked, BUT the motor made a buzzing noise. Over time this could damage the motor. I assume that it can be used for everything that uses a rectifier with electronics on the DC side (e.g. notebook power supplies, LED lamps), regular light bulbs might be fine too. I would have preferred a the power bank with pure sine wave inverter, which would make it possible to use any kind of AC equipment up to 100W, but (up to my knowledge) that doesn't exist in this size. (I only tested 29 W due to the lack of compatible loads that draw a constant current (without fluctuations) for my set setup).Fan:The fan will turn on when you draw more power. It easily turns on when you use the inverter and it also turned on at ~18W load via USB (see discharge 3). On youtube I've heard some people complaining about the fan noise, but I think it is not distracting at all...Case:I don't like the surface of case. It easily attracts finger prints and dirt.Summary:Excellent! I would buy it again! Minus 0.5 stars for the missing sine wave and the surface of the case. In total after rounding: 5 stars! The most convincing aspect for me is that you can charge it with PD and without a PD charger!I can totally recommend this power bank and now consider Ravpower as Chinese quality manufacturer!PS: 74Wh are below the 100Wh TSA limit, so you can fly with it. Some countries have lower limits though...

Solid product, supports AC + USB power at the same time!
This is a chunky battery, so be aware of that before you buy it - the shape of it is quite unusual if you're accustomed to longer, flatter batteries that only have USB ports. When they add an AC power plug, it dramatically changes the shape of the product. Before buying this I asked a question on this product page: can this battery support simultaneous use of the AC power plug and USB-C/USB-A power at the same time. Several people told me yes, several people told me no - including the seller! So I was ready to return this if if didn't support both, but guess what? It does work!In the photo I've attached to this review it's charging my iPad Pro via USB-C while also powering a Genki dock that the Nintendo Switch is attached to. Both worked great for 30+ minutes of a test with one caveat: when devices start to get a mostly full battery (call it anything above 90%), they start to draw less power, and the RAVPower battery can't detect that any longer, so it turns off power to the AC and USB ports. Devices stop charging. I'm deducting one start for that flaw, because it would be ideal if it kept providing power, but it's not a deal-breaker for me.This device is a bit limited in terms of having only one USB-C and one USB-A port, but you're buying this mostly for the combination of having AC and USB power in a single device, so I don't knock RAVpower for not having more ports. The casing is a nice soft-touch rubber, and the single button has a nice click to it. It's a high-quality product all around. For $80 this is a solid battery that does what you'd expect, and it's from a reliable company (I've owned other RAVPower batteries for a couple of years). I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Large capacity battery power pack that can power several devices for a long weekend
The Good:80 watts of massive power output20,000 mAh of power capacityUSB-C and USB-A which support PD and QC 3.0Power outlet is also able to keep devices topped upIncludes a case, a mesh pouch, USB-C, and power bank deviceGood convenient size for portabilityIntegrated mini-fan to keep coolFits conveniently in a bottle holder pouchThe Bad:Wish the USB-C could output up to 60+ wattsDigital readout would be nicerThe Overall:With COVID, i've been working mobile and move around alot to make the best of my time. This portable battery pack allows me to keep my surface pro and work phone topped off. Regardless of whether i'm at the beach, a lake, apex of a mountain, a winery, etc... i'm able to enjoy the outdoors and stay on top of work. I've seen other power banks in the 20k-30k mAh capacity that are much larger and harder to carry. But this one is a perfect size. Its easily one of the best purchases I've done recently.
