Good stock base
Great for soup stock, and our dogs go insane when we open the package.

Tasty and easy to use
Quite a few recipes call for a few dried anchovies to make the broth a little richer. These do the job nicely and can be diced easily. I realize I've given 5 stars to a bag of dead fish, but these have worked well in the recipes I've used them in.

Good flavor, but a little pricy
Used this for a korean seaweed soup. I couldn't find these in any stores by me, so I was glad to get them quickly through Amazon. The flavor was as expected, but I thought the price was a bit higher than what I was expecting
