I ordered both of these one challenge flag and a penalty flag. The penalty flag is rolled tighter than the challenge flag. Makes no sense. They should be the same especially for the price. This one is in better shape than the challenge one.

It is nice to have to just mess around with, but it isnt really worth its price

This NFL penalty flag was a very cool part of my Halloween costume as NFL referee for this year. When my team isn't playing during the rest of the season, I may wear the outfit for fun and whimsy.
