CraghoppersMen's Classic Kiwi Trousers

I have worn this type trousers for years and this pair are no different. They are comfortable, a good fit and well made.

Second pair I've bought. Reasonably smart, lots of handy pockets for tickets/passports/etc when travelling, or maps when walking. Dry quickly without creases if you get caught in a shower, much more practical than denims.

I'm a fan of these trousers and am now on at least my second pair. I use them when visiting hot climates as they are very light and breathable, and being so light, they are quick to wash and dry. I would not recommend them in cold weather, as they give no protection from cold winds.They have lots of pockets, making them useful for travellers who need to carry lots of gear - passport, wallet, camera, pen, notebook, keys. I can carry all of that and more, and the zips mean that I'm not afraid of losing my passport. After owning them for a year I even discovered another pocket that I didn't know existed - on the outside of the map pocket there's a smaller one with a concealed zip. The all-plastic belt is a nice touch, as you don't need to take it off when passing through airport metal detectors.One tip: don't bother with the zip-off version of these trousers. The zips rub against your legs and soon become annoying. If you need shorts, buy a cheap pair or just roll up the legs of your Craghoppers.One drawback: the large pocket on the right thigh, although very useful with its huge capacity, does tend to sag when you sit down and can end up underneath your leg. I don't know how they could redesign it to stop this happening - maybe move it a bit towards the front? Another weakness is that the velcro on the flap of the large pocket doesn't last very long - mine is now turning into useless fluff - but at least it's easy to sew a new piece on.I shall definitely be buying another pair when these wear out.

Had a pair already so I knew the correct size. Bought two pairs for a long trip in Afghanistan and they proved good. Hard wearing and easy to wash.They look smart after a quick wash and quick dry.

Slightly darker in colour than the previous pair which I bought. Nevertheless, the quality of the material is very good and it is comfortable to wear. Mine needed shortening, so I washed it first then had it shortened afterwards. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought these as a gift for my partner. He always has the same size but this time the sizing was all wrong and did not fit him well so we had to return. The quality also seems to have changed. Disappointed in this product

Just in my opinion 97cms in lenght for the leg and call it regular is not appropiated. I have to shorten the legs, something I can do, but next time I'll get the short ones. I don't think the size chart was clear on this.Apart from that I bought these trousers because they are very good for every day use, they are water and stain resistant and they are very comfortable to wear.

Love these walking trousers, even a mobile pocket in the map pocket on the leg. Most comfortable trousers I have ever had and wear them most of the time. Originally bought for hiking but now everyday use.

Had not purchase this brand before & got these for my husband for a trip. Sadly, they run quite large, both in waist size and width of the pant legs. Seemed to be well made with nice pockets. We didn't had time to try alternative sizes, but would buy brand again with more research.

These are some of the best and most durable cargo type pants I have bought, I own several pairs now and By far the best pants made.

I bought two pairs for a two week visit to India during the dry season (Rajasthan). They were great, and worked for both tramping in the desert and at dinner in the hotel. Comfortable on the 18hr plane ride...... loads of pockets, but watch the front hand pockets as they are shallow. Hidden pockets are great.
