which battery is needed for the Seiko SSC143?

This is a solar / light powered capacitor (battery of sorts) watch. Somewhat difficult to replace even if you can buy the capacitor. Highly recommend taking to a watch repair shop (cost ca. $70 - $100). My opinion: Kinetic and solar powered watches are a bad idea and cost more over time than having a cell battery that needs replacement ca. every 2 years.

Wil this fit in in an invictica watch because it takes a really small battery?

When you take the OLD battery out, it has a number on the back. If that number is 377 then it will. If you do NOT have the old batter, google the name and type of watch you have. MOST of the watches I have ARE 477

What are these silver oxide or alkaline? The tag line says silver oxide, but that image of the package shows alkaline?
