Yes, it does what it should. It's sturdy, heavy, and looks like an antique. Looks great! Don't mind the pictures on the site....the screws are black, not silver, so they don't stand out. High quality!

A little difficult putting it together, another person would have helped to push on it better to meet the grooves. But , I did it! It’s sturdy and not worried my plant will tip over. The height is perfect! The price was low and it matches some of my wrought iron I have in my living and entry rooms. I put a real plant on top that drapes over the side and a diffuser on the lower rack, love it!
