World Is Still Beautiful [Blu-ray]

This is a pleasant magic-girl anime, distinguished by use of songs and the male lead's occasionally visible back. Leans toward Strong Female Character from Magic Girl.

I am happy and satisfied with the series and no cliff hanging. Love the stories.

I enjoyed it , but was bought for my niece who also enjoyed it . I'd like it in English or would love to understand the Japanese language .

I liked this movie because of good crude humor, music, art, and entertaining story line. Japanese actors did a great job conveying emotions but they don't speak very clearly so I can't catch all the words. I understand some Japanese and have hoped I could learn more words but it was hard with this movie. It is more fun however to understand original Japanese in some scenes as it is a bit different than subtitles.

Even though it is only in Japanese, it is a great series all around.

Haven't watched it all but the kids say it's super good.

Fun anime came on time no issues

The case is great, the DVD came in perfect condition and I love the story. The image quality cane through clear and sharp. The only thing wrong is the print on the DVD is slightly fuzzy. It’s not really visible and it doesn’t affect anything.

The fourth princess of a minor kingdom is married off to the ruler of a major empire to maintain her kingdom's autonomy. She sneaks in before her official welcome to find out what the people are like. When she makes it to the palace, her identity is questioned and she is imprisoned. Then she meets her intended husband, the dread Sun King. Eventually the two grow to like each other, until he goes with her when she returns to her home to see a supposedly ailing grandmother, who taught her to use her powers. More intrigue follows. In the end they return to the Empire. I enjoyed the series when I first saw it, and at the price I paid, I considered it worthwhile.The series has Japanese audio only, with English subtitles. For some that may be unacceptable, but while I often listen to English audio to spare my eyes, I am quite happy reading subtitles and prefer to have them on anyway, since I am hearing impaired.

Biggest thing to remember is to pay attention to the story. So long as you pay attention to the story, and have the intent to enjoy the show, there is not a lot to say other than it is good, you should try it.If your first go to is to try and pick it apart for flaws, both real or subjective, you will end up ignoring the important parts of the story that make the setting what it is, and you will write bad reviews for it.Definitely find a way to watch before you buy.

I saw this anime online and loved it so much i wanted to watch it again on dvd form. Would recommend.
