As advertised but assembly is tricky
As advertised. Kind of tricky to assemble but you will get the hang of it - push the screws through to align holes and hand tighten the corresponding nuts. I turned on side to make it easier. Plenty of room between shelves and looks great on desk.

Perfect for organization!
It takes a few minutes to put it together but not really hard and the result is a great organizer. It has a nice finished look on the outside and inside each tray. There are extra rivets and the tool comes with it. Very satisfied.

Have patience.
1 Star drop for assembly:. 4 holes on the lower tray not drilled through.Nice to include a screwdriver but doesn't fit tiny screw tightly enough and screw is too small to manipulate.Use a good slightly magnitized screwdriver that retains the screw for starting the screw.

Finished product great, assembly requires patience
This is a visually appealing tiered paper tray that blends in beautifully with black office furniture. It’s very sturdy when assembled and I am happy with the finished product.Patience is key for your sanity during the assembly process. Look at the images of the product and picture everything in pieces - three trays and four vertical support posts, 16 screws and 16 sleeved nuts. Now imagine that you have to align the tray with the post, hold the sleeve in place, blindly balance and align everything because you can’t see through the material to know what is behind the screw. It eventually all goes together and there were no fitment issues, which actually surprised me considering that a small out-of-spec tolerance could derail the assembly.tl;dr Don’t be impatient or in a rush when assembling and you will be rewarded.

Super Study & Easy To Assemble
The media could not be loaded. It came with a REAL screwdriver. I got the black. Love that it was lined with black felt (the reviews showed brown felt). I didn't even need to look at the diagram. It only took me 12 minutes to assemble it. Arrived quickly with no damage. Best purchase I've made in a while.
