What else is there to say? They get bit! Even in pressured ponds or smaller lakes! Unfortunately here in Illinois/Missouri (stl area), 85% of ppl have rarely seen true depth on their fishfinders, but even 20-30ft vertical drops as well as slowly pateniently retrieving these back to the boat with a drop shot rig. They get smoked!!I spend more time on a slow and non-uniformed retrieve with these guys than a vertical drop shot. (Again, due to depths in area)Cheat code is simple..I use a Tatula Elite 7’3 and 6’10 Drop Shot Rod, both have have 2500 and 2000 series new Shimano vanfords on them. Spooled up with 10lb seaguar smack down green hiviz braid with seaguar gold label 6-8lb flouro leader, SIZE ONE (not 1/0) Owner mosquito hook, and 1/4-3/8ths tungsten cylinder weight (or heavier depending on conditions/current) also the deeper you’re fishing the more line in between hook and weight (obviously) and for the love of god, don’t use swivels for attach hooks..Rod 2 … Favorite Hex spinning rod, shimano vanford 2000, 10lb dark green suffix 832 or power pro braid, or if you feel confident enough, I usually have this guy with pure flouro line. No FG/Albright knot for the braid to leader, same deal except if their being real finicky I’ll raise the size/color of bait and use a 1/0 hook , rinse repeat!THIS IS A NOSE HOOK ONLY SETUP, not much of an EWG drop shot guy.. but that’s not to say it doesn’t produce fish because that’s a bold face lie!

Love the packaging. Quality of the plastic seems pretty good. Consistency of the pour isn’t great. Color saturation & differentiation on the belly color seems off compared to the product description photos. Maybe they will still catch fish. I plan on drop shotting for brown trout tomorrow.
