The last Dell I am going to buy
I always thought they were good quality and even though I had a choice for similar price , but better features with Asus and Acer and specially Lenovo that a lot of people seem to be happy with I went with Dell because I thought .... they have good customer care..Boy.....WAS I WROOOOONG... I came to find out later that they have been bought out by a foreign company ( I think in India) and to date, I have not been able to find a good customer service rep by contacting dell. Also, the initial problems with "Fingerprint sign in" has caused me to stop using it , which was a long painful process by itself, just to get it to stop!!!! by finding answers on Youtube, because even right anfter purchase, to have any help with ANNNY of that kind of problems, you have to buy "Software service" from ... You guessed it.. Dell !!!! at unreasonable high price, and be not even sure if that will help!!!!! because they don't give you a straight answer as to what the service covers!!! The only good thing is , I thought I will have little to no use for "Touchscreen" , but it is a fantastic Idea... buy a Lenovo with the same features...

ordered dell inspiron 14 5400 and received 14 500.
Odered dell inspiron 14 5400; received 14 5000.I was unable to return as I had used international shipping and would be really complicated and expensive. They have refunded the price difference. The laptop i received looks good, but it has 8gb RAM (instead of 12) i3 core and 1 usb plug instead of 2. :(

DON'T BUY IT!!! IT CRASHED THE VERY FIRST TIME I USED IT
Don't buy this Laptop! After turn it on and set everything, it crashed; I reset it and started all over again, when I tried to copy files from a portable hard disk, it crashed again; I reset it again and after a couple of hours it crashed again; after the third crash, I decided it was time to return it; I was getting a new laptop because the old one is slow and crashes all the time... enough said.

la compre en abril y desde el 3er mes de pronto se pone la pantalla en negro, esta semana ha sido mas seguido, en reuniones de la nada se pone la pantalla en negro y debo reiniciarla

Everyone failed
Sold me a broken ram, thanks, appreciated the 30 dollars I spent to send it back, never buy from dealz for less or whatever that scam company was named . Screwed me out of a job, and canceled my online classes due to such fine quality craftsmanship, truly showed me how much dell, amazon, third parties love your money but care absolutely nothing about you.

Disappointing
A fraud. It is false advertising, in the title it says 512 GB SSD of storage and the article comes with 256 GB. Very disappointing

This product has a bit of a thermal system problem. It can not be kept cooler
