Very sturdy and well built for the price. There is an error in the assembly instructions regarding the front leg. (Wrong Hole!). But, it's pretty obvious if you look at the following diagrams in the assembly instructions.

I have been purchasing some equipment for my home gym. I thought the color accent might be nice and the brand name was reputable. However, I am disappointed by the quality. The paint came from the factory with defects and chips. The defects are on less noticeable areas so I decided to keep it. The functional sturdiness of the bench also seems to be the minimum required. I would guess that this has a total weight limit of 300 pounds by the build quality. The adjustment seems to be functional so far, but I would expect some wear on the paint after some continuous use. The size fits me well at a 5'10" male. The padding is firm but not too hard. So I will keep the unit but this is probably the weakest link in my gym and I expect I'll need to replace it in a year or two.

Super easy setup, you will need a wrench to make it sturdy. Unable to fully tighten with the tools provided. Otherwise, the product is great. An amazing steal for this price being able to do an incline, decline, flat bench position. Highly recommend this product, it feels sturdy and built with good materials.

Nice bench for home gym. It's light and easy to move. Good weight capacity. The only con is that it's a bit loose at the connecting points on the underside of the bench. What I did to resolve that was place metal washers between the nuts and bolts to keep it from rattling which drives me crazy. It now feels like a sturdy, much more expensive bench. I've attached photos.
