Why I ordered this item: I built a new AMD rig for a family member and needed a micro-ATX board that wouldn't need a separate WiFi card. The B550M PRO-VDH WiFi fit the bill perfectly at the price. Likes: * The BIOS experience on this is excellent. The interface loads fast, the menus are laid out logically, and there's a dedicated button on the back panel that let me flash an update before the CPU was even in the socket. I was able to update it before dropping in the CPU. * WiFi and Bluetooth are built right in and both connected on the first try. The WiFi signal in the room where this machine lives is zippy and hasn't dropped once during my testing. * PCIe 4.0 support on a board at this price is kind of insane. The M.2 slot with the heatsink cover keeps the drive cool. * The board posted first try with the Ryzen 5000 chip I dropped in. No screwy boot loops, no weird BIOS drama. Just worked. No likes: * It's micro-ATX, so you only get two RAM slots. If you're planning to fill all four slots eventually, that's just not an option here. Would I pay full price for this product: Yes Final thoughts: If you want a tight, small build and don't want to mess with a separate WiFi card, this is the board. Skipping the WiFi card saved space in the case and kept the build cleaner. Two RAM slots, micro-ATX form factor, fits where it fits, and it runs a Ryzen 5000 chip without complaining once.

Everything works perfectly, just had some issue reading the hard drive , even it recognizes it, so I erased it changed the type , reinstall window and everything works fine .

Motherboard is great, two M2 slots on a micro atx with wifi and bluetooth feels like a great deal at this price point. FOR WIFI AND BLUETOOTH FUNCTIONALITY you will need to install drivers from MSI, mine did not work or recognize until I completed this step. There are two ways to go about this. You can install the "MSI Centre" from the microsoft store. This program is insanely hard to navigate, and most people can't get past the terms and conditions. (You have to read it for continue to light up). The consensus is that it's junk but can't vouch past the terriible intro. OR, you can install Dragon Center. I went this route and it was pretty painless (search auto for drivers, install drivers, done). Just be careful not to update BIOS from dragon center or MSI center.. this has been known to cause problems on MSI motherboards. Always flash from a USB to be safe

Really solid motherboard for the price. Easy to install, BIOS is straightforward and WiFi works great out of the box. Good VRM, plenty of ports and stable performance with my Ryzen. Perfect for a budget/mid-range build.

Definitely a budget motherboard, shows in quality and looks, not much room, some part positions are too close to others, some things are a tight fit in general, and there's a lot of pointed small pins and metal pieces dotted around the top and bottom. Otherwise it has good specs and features, works fine under good or ideal conditions, but ensure your setup is not cheap and you use it in a cool room, else this board will fail within less than a year.

I bought this motherboard to replace my old board that had failed, and it has been working perfectly ever since. It’s been almost a year now with no issues at all. Everything has been stable and reliable. Very happy with it as a replacement board.

DO NOT BUY — random reboots and crashing non-stop My exact system specs were an AMD Ryzen 5 5500, MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI, 16GB G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4 (4 sticks), NVIDIA RTX 3050, and a KingFast SATA SSD inside an Okinos Aqua UNO case. The power delivery on this motherboard just can't handle it, and it kept forcing my PC to reboot out of nowhere. I finally tracked it down to power instability on the board itself. The only thing that stopped the crashes was going into the BIOS and disabling Core Performance Boost, which basically crippled my CPU speed. Ended up having to ditch this motherboard and buy a whole new motherboard. Do yourself a favor and skip it!

Bought this to replace my Gigabyte B450 motherboard, this one is a nice smaller size, has the right amount of SATA ports i needed, 2 M.2 slots, a spot for my sound card and the Bluetooth works fine with my Dual Scenes controller. The motherboard worked fine with my Ryzen 5 3600 straight away... so i don't know what the other reviews are on about with the board constantly rebooting.... no problems so far for the time i have had it.. This is my first time using a MSI motherboard as i have always bought Gigabyte motherboards..... figured this time i might try something different.... and i am pretty happy with it...
