Q: Any tips to prevent pillion on this bra? I love how comfortable it is, but the pilling is bad. I want to make it work!

The pilling isn't always from washing. It also comes from your outer clothing rubbing against the bra as well. You might not be able to prevent it.

Q: Is this padded? Picture shows padding?

I just ordered this and there is no padding, only two layers of nylon and spandex over the breast area. Nor is there a hole to insert a pad. I am returning it. I left a negative review, the vendor needs to change the description as it states: 'padded' and 'foam cups', but there is nothing.

No. And not a practical bra at all. Completely rides up two inches.
