Perfect all purpose carpenter's hammer.
I've used this hammer for 30 plus years. Lost my original (bummed about that) so needed a new one. Very glad they are still available. This is one tough hammer. It is an all around work horse. I've used it for prying, chipping concrete, digging around pipes or up against foundations for plumbing, and of course nailing. It's a finish head so it's an all around hammer not just a framer. Good weight too, plenty of driving power with finesse too. I love the straight claw design compared to curved because it makes it more versatile. Use a crow bar if you have to pull a lot of nails. Hopefully the new one will hold up like the old... Great hammer.
