I really like this reusable swab! It’s a great sustainable alternative to single-use cotton swabs and helps reduce waste. The material is soft but still sturdy enough to do the job, and it’s very easy to clean after each use. I also appreciate that it comes with a small travel case, which keeps it sanitary and makes it convenient to take with you when traveling. The turquoise color is nice too and makes it easy to find. Overall, it’s a simple but smart product if you’re trying to be more eco-friendly while still having something practical for everyday use.

These are great. No fear of the swab separating from the stick. I’ve been using typical cotton ear swabs with wood sticks and the wood snaps half the time. These feel great in the ear and wash easily. I got one to keep in the car, bedroom, and in the office on my desk. The case is kinda crappy though. Not a positive fit and the swab has to be just right to close the case.

I got a silicone reusable cotton swab years ago from a small business, it broke recently, so I found one on here. They are definitely a staple for me. I like this one because the ends don’t come on and off so I don’t have to worry about getting anything stuck in my ear. Pretty good 👍

Disclaimer: I am not using this product as intended since I'm using it for when I have itchy ears due to food reactions which means I'm putting more force onto the stick than most people will. But my complaints about declining durability over time are still relevant since even with more normal use the newer items will still fail faster than the older ones. I have been dealing with itchy ears for several years due to food sensitivities and was looking for a way to scratch that itch since normal cotton swabs don't work that well which is what led me to this product. The case has a really nice design and is compact enough to easily fit in a pocket without taking up too much space which was great when traveling. It wasn't the cheapest option but the durability was high enough that I felt it was fairly priced at the time. I was really impressed with the quality of the first few LastSwabs and they lasted a long time even though I was putting more pressure on the plastic stick than most people will since I wasn't just using it to clean my ears. But over the past year when I've been ordering replacements for some of the originals that have broken I started to notice that the plastic was much more flexible than before and I even broke a new one within a month of buying it. At first I thought I was misremembering things until I put on a coat today that had an older unit in a pocket and was blown away by how rigid the plastic was compared to newer units to the point where I was annoyed enough to make this review. For a company that is supposed to be focused on reducing waste from consumable cosmetic items it's really disappointing to see them cheapen the product to make it less durable so they end up selling more over time. I would gladly have paid more for the same quality of product if your production costs have increased but I highly doubt that's what this downgrade is about. Unless the quality of this product returns to where it used to be I will no longer be buying anything from this company and I highly recommend people look into other options such as reusable cotton swabs with bamboo sticks instead which will be much less wasteful and won't contribute to the never-ending problem of plastic waste that we still don't have a solution for.

I truly love the swab. I wish they sold them in a two pack. It provides safety and that no cotton will get stuck in your ear. It’s washable and it saves money. I was skeptical about using the silicone with material, but it works well. The bristles are a little rounded but stiff, and it’ll take some getting used to andIt doesn’t work very well for make up, but it’s easy to clean run under a warm soapy water and stick it back in its case.

The packaging is just as cute and compact as the pictures, and the swab feels great. Cleaning it adds a new step to my nighttime routine, but having a washcloth or washable face round to get off stubborn wax and dry it works. I just started using it but I think it will last a while. No more cotton swabs strewn everywhere in the bathroom!

Bought this on a whim unsure if I’d elect for this to be the daily driver and replace single use swabs or use it while traveling. The nubby texture makes me feel like I’m scratching an itch that I can’t otherwise get to, and I enjoy it. The texture also makes it easier to clean, just rub the old wax off and sanitize. Now that I own one, I won’t be going back to single use cotton swabs for routine use. This is just better. I deducted a star for the feel, fit, and finish. While I haven’t broke or damaged it, the swab’s shaft has an overly 3D printed vibe, is flexible in a way that I feel is less durable (perhaps I’m wrong and this flexibility is intentional), and I cannot help but worry that I’m going to lose a tip down the sink drain while cleaning it. Moreover, I don’t believe the individual parts are sold for replacement, meaning you have to buy a new unit if you break it or lose a piece. They do sell a complete replacement swab assembly so you can reuse the case, but the SKU sold on Amazon has both the beauty and ear versions of the swab, which is useless and wasteful to those who ain’t purdy. Love the sustainable packaging and environmental mission. Will look into other products from Last Object in the future.
