I'll admit I haven't really noticed any health benefits and the taste isn't that good at all. Very chewy but the flavor is lacking. Also I noticed how the subscription cost is a lot lower than the base price which is very absurd at a 30 day serving size being 13$ and only gets cheaper when you do a subscription lowering it to like 9$. But well this is the best Zinc supplement in Amazon so I guess its fine.

Ever since starting these, I feel my depression has lessened and my ADHD medication works way better. Upon research, apparently Zinc helps stimulant meds work better, among other uses like immune support and overall brain health. I look for Nature Made whenever possible. Highly recommend!
