I swear by these! I am a middle school teacher, plus have 3 of my own kids. I was getting sick all the time so I started these drops and now I'm hardly sick. i put them in everything. juice, energy drinks. sometimes I just take on its in. Does have a lil taste if you do it by itself. but in drinks you would never know. I put it in my kids drinks and they have no idea they are getting vitmans!
