What’s the best olay cream for dark circles?

In my experience, nothing eradicates dark circles. However, I use Olay illuminating eye cream for dark circles every morning, leave this to dry for 10 minutes, and then dab with Garnier BB Eye roll-on. This system conceals the dark circles.
