These are just like pictured. You can blow up the banner, it's not helium so easy on the pocket. The balloons you have to either blow up amd use a stand up stick or fill with helium.

I wanted to make the balloon bouquet as pictured but the stars would not float. I'm very disappointed about that.

These balloons are horrible. They smell so strong of chemicals that they gave me a migraine. They also were very hard to blow up and string together. I ended up giving up, and throwing them away. Wasted money.
