I've been fighting bad asthma for a few months. This little gadget works much better than inhalers or my big, noisy nebulizer and is convenient for partial use several times a day. I've used it a lot for several months, and learned the hard way how to keep it working.First, don't try to run it dry. It doesn't work when dry. Second, don't drop it. If you drop it, the hinge for the top breaks off. It's still usable though. Hook a rubber band under the mouthpiece, up over the top, and under the catch on the back. It still works fine.The front of the little metal nebulizer disk must be kept dry. If a drop of liquid accumulates there, the mist absorbs into that drop and no mist comes out. That is probably why some users say that it isn't working. I keep a few Q-tips handy, and use one to wipe off the drop when it forms. Between partial uses, if there is still liquid in the cup, I lean the unit in a box that tilts it a little so the liquid doesn't touch the disk and seep through.When the cup runs out of liquid, I disassemble and rinse out the cup and the metal parts with clean water and dry it with Q-tips. I try to leave it dry as much as possible, and I have a second unit that I alternate while the other one dries completely. That prevents corrosion of the metal parts.

Was light weight and product seams to be sturdy plastic . I did not think it was easy to clean and was not impressed with the flow of the medicine . I don’t feel it works properly for my medicine to do it’s job properly. And if you tip it even slightly your loosing fluid through the mouthpiece . I would not recommend and I’m very disappointed in this product . I felt like I threw my money away . It won’t do what I purchased it for .Gave three stars but want to to change to one , after trying to use more times than just testing it out after purchase. I can’t support this product with a three star . Found it was not me making the fluid come through the mouth piece by a slight tip but the poor product itself . I would keep the unit held straight and Every time I get a mouth full of fluid and condensation in mouth piece is dripping . This is not acceptable for a product that I use 7 times a day . How can you get the amount prescribed if most of it is dripping out of the unit all over. I have followed all the instructions with care and use and come to the conclusion this product is a sham.

This is one of the best multi source battery operated (2 AA) or USB powered nebulizers' I've ever used. The parts fit together nicely, and it's easy to clean. Clogging and spurting are minimal, and it's quiet. One caveat the battery hatch is fragile, so don't let it fall or pry to hard while opening hatch. Make sure the clear plastic upper section is separated from lower (battery housing) before immersing upper section in water to remove residue and sanitize. Dry all metal contacts before reassembly. Be aware the nebulizer functions only when liquid is in the chamber, and shut-off automatically when depleted.

It ordered this product less than 3 months ago, and used it 8 times. And now it won't work at all! Completely dead. And don't feel I have any recourse to return to the supplier in China for warranty refund or replacement.

When I had bronchitis I purchased this and added colloidal silver to it. It is an excellent tool. I highly recommend it for anyone who is suffering from a cough and covid-19 ( as long as you're not allergic to colloidal silver).

This awful, terribly designed joke of a product put the wires in a spot where they are constantly dripped on and bathed in saline, which corrodes the wires into a non functioning mess. Don't buy.

I followed instructions on first time use. Drained the distilled water out of it. Let it air dry. I then filled it with a medicine. I left it for about ten to fifteen minutes and the liquid had drained through the device and onto the counter. I’m returning it and will look to a different brand.
